City @ Chelsea Saturday October 6
Back to Keeley’s this Saturday. WOOT!
Let’s hope we can put last week’s shambolic discombobulation aside and put in a decent performance at Chelsea to get things back on track. It’s going to be a tough couple of weeks with Arsenal up next, but after that there are some winable games if we can build some confidence and settle on a consistent team.
Hazard’s ability to win penalties running at defenders will be a test of our discipline at the back, but if we avoid stupid lunges and keep the ball more than we did v Liverpool, then we have a shot at creating chances and getting something from the game. Also Holty scored a good goal last week, hopefully that’s a sign that he’s on his way back to his best.
Keeley’s will open at 9.45 this Saturday and I’ll see you there bright and early!
You never know right?
Norwich v Liverpool
Tomorrow’s game v Liverpool will be available LIVE in NY at the Football Factory, 6 West 33rd street. Due to several of our members being away/watching on tape-delay due to family events etc, we thought it was unfair to ask Keeley’s to open for a NY Canaries gathering. So…..
Where: Football Factory (under Legends) on 33rd between 5th and Broadway
When: Sat 29th Sept, 10am KO
Here’s to 3 points. WOOT!
Howay at Newcastle (Sorry) – Sunday at 10am
This Sunday’s 10am Kick-Off at St James (sorry Mike Ashley, not doing it) will be LIVE at the Football Factory.
Join us for beer, breakfast and a good old-fashioned sing-song in the direction of the Geordies who call Football Factory home. Hopefully they will be crying in their beer by noon, just like they did when the NY Canaries beat them at darts!
Football Factory is 6. West 33rd Street between Broadway and 5th.
See you there!
Norwich City v West Ham Saturday 15th Sept.
Due to the early kick-off on Saturday, there will be no official NY Canaries meet up at Keeley’s this week (All 10am kick-offs are LIVE at George Keeley’s).
However, The game will be on LIVE in NY at the Football Factory, 6 West 66 street (between 5th and Broadway).
I’m sure there will be several NYC members in attendance so join them at 7.30am for the famous FF breakfast and hopefully a decent performance and 3 massive points!
Away @Spurs
Due to the NY Canaries playing in the NY Supporters Football Tournament and watching the Spurs game on tape-delay, along with other members being away this holiday weekend, Keeley’s will NOT be open to show the game LIVE. However, the game will be LIVE at Football Factory on 33rd Street between 5th and Broadway! 10 am kick-off.
See you at Keeleys for West Ham at home, hopefully we’ll have a shiny new trophy on display! WOOT!
And So It Begins! Norwich v QPR
I must admit, it’s very unusual to have a 37 game Premier League season this year and I’m not sure why that is, but hey, it is what it is. With that, our first game of the season against QPR is this Saturday and YOU can see it at George Keeley’s LIVE at 10am.
The bar will be open at 9.45am, inviting you to enjoy a luscious liquid breakfast (20 plus taps of golden goodness) so why not get up early and watch City get the season started in true style with a win! Here’s hoping we come back from the summer break sharp, fit and with a well practiced and well executed offside trap!
Details on how to find us are up there on the right, by clicking ‘find us’.
Up the City!
It’s Finally Here! Fulham Away.
The moment we have been waiting for all summer has finally arrived; This Saturday’s big-kick off at Fulham is on LIVE at George Keeley’s. Can we get off to a flyer under Hughton? Will Holt pick up where he left off? Will Snoddy start? Join us for the game, the bar will open at 9.45.

See you Saturday!
Well it’s nearly all done, and it’s been a brilliant season hasn’t it? Next term will be considerably harder but I’m sure Lambert will spend his summer strengthening the squad in preparation for a push on the top four and Champions league football! OK, that’s a little bit of a personal fantasy, but who knows eh?
Sunday’s game against Villa will be at our home, George Keeley’s, LIVE at 10am! Keeley’s will open at 9.45.
Between Keeley’s and the Football Factory, we have been lucky enough to have had access to every single game this season. Thanks to Big Chris, Little Chris, Bridget, Lindsay and everyone at Keeley’s for getting up early every Saturday to open up, serve us beer and listen to us scream like small children! Thanks to Robbie and Jack at the Football Factory for looking after us there when we had to ‘play away’.
See you all on Sunday!
Arsenal v Norwich
This Saturday’s trip to the Emirates will be LIVE at the Football Factory (6 West 33rd Street, between 5th and Broadway). With eseveral folks away this weekend (including me), and the game being the early nationally televised game, I should imagine a low turn out of NY Canaries, but FF does a super breakfast and who doesn’t like a beer served alongside eggs, sausage and bacon? Exactly.
Kick-off is 7.30am (4.30 am for me in LA) OOF!
I’ll see everyone for next week’s finale v Villa. That one will be on at George Keeley’s and should be treated as a bit of a party!
Norwich v Liverpool LIVE in NY
Tomorrow’s game against Liverpool will be on LIVE at 12.30pm at the Football Factory. Will Liverpool have eyes on the FA Cup? Will Suarez racially abuse someone? Will he also spend 89 mins lying on his back in our 18 yard box? Will Craig Bellamy get sent off? Will Grant Holt show whoever the new England manager is, that he is better than Andy Carroll? So many questions, join me tomorrow and we’ll find out the answers together.
Football Factory is 6 west 33rd Street, between 5th and Broadway.
See you there!
